They don't care if letting customers down There attitude is that find someone else .. when you book them they give you less than 1 min to get out your house and when they eventually do arrive. Disgusting service...

Pre booked a taxi online for a festival. Waited 10 mins and no taxi. Rang the company and when we eventually got through we were told we are out of their area!! Very unprofessional and would not recommend

A member of staff who used a taxi one evening was racially abused whilst in the cab, was told that there was no way for him to get a receipt. When someone came out to help and offered a receipt book the driver informed her he had one.
The driver was also seen shouting at the passenger in the car by other staff in the building which pushed them to come out to speak with the driver.

Absolutely appalling service tonight. Waited over an hour for 2 taxis being cancelled after other people jumping in. When I phoned each time to explain the woman hung up a d was getting frustrated at me like I had done something wrong.

Pre booked a taxi for my Daughter to arrive at a certain time so she wouldn't be late for her first job!!! Didn't arrive took ages to get back through. Then when answered not a sorry or don't know where the driver is!? Just il send a cab soon as! If you haven't got enough taxis then don't book them out. Won't use again. Don't use if you want to be on time anywhere

They agreed a pick up time with me via the app and the booking was confirmed. At the time of the booking nobody showed up, I called the company and they, appologised but could not confirm how long the delay would be. I waited a further 45 mims and no car showed up

Usually ok, office staff can be rude sometimes answering there phone and still talking to there mate next to them. To the comment about seat belt taxi drivers are exempt when carrying passengers in the vehicle and my only other problem is can we stop the over-charging and going the long way around thanks

Had a mixture of service, sometimes good, but generally poor. Some drivers are great, and polite, but then others are making mistakes themselves, but blaming others, and even had one guy who must have swore at least 10 times in one journey which isn't professional nor pleasant (all the while he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, which is against the law).
The worst bit was when I had to wait an hour for a taxi. The firm got a postcode and then repeated back the streetname which was correct, all was well. The driver got lost so we called back up, they asked for the postcode and they got one letter
