I work at a hotel. I recently called for s taxi for a disabled guest. Was told to walk to King cabs by the girl on the phone. I repeat, the guest was disabled. We shall of course be using King cabs from now on all the time.

Critical: Punctuality
Used to be good and reliable. Taxis now seem to be mostly unavailable or late. Waited almost an hour recently for car for 10 minute journey (45 mins longer than app stated). Drivers are usually polite and efficient however.

Always on time. When booking in the app, it doesn't always mark the right place, but they call you to find out where you are. Can be tricky in the early hours as cabs are limited, but options to pick you up quickly resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to always book with them.

Let down again by this company. Never going to use them again. I'd pay more a get a black cab which arrives on time. Booked a taxi hour and half ago. Didn't show up and been told its going to be 30mins late. Useless

First time without my car in Chester. Working night hours I was worried about finding transport to and from hotel safely. Was thrilled to have a very easy to use app to pre book my journeys, with all the info I needed to feel safe. Cars arrived early and drivers friendly. Will be my go to for work trips in future.

Would have given 5 stars as the driver spotted my wallet left under the seat, which was really really awesome..but the trip could've been better if he would've gotten the post code rather than just the street name and house number. But soooo thankful that he did a final check on the things that could've been left behind as it was an 80+mile trip.😬 whew!

Mark was a brilliant driver. Very friendly and helpful. We were visiting Chester for a few days and he gave great suggestions of things to do. Even picked us up twice during our stay, was great to see a friendly face. Would highly recommend Mark!
