We started in 2007 mainly focusing on a chauffeur service and airport transfers. At first we only had two vehicles and business was tough. The recession was really taking it's toll and due to low demand we had to change our focus to more of a taxi and minibus service. Business was always going to be slow at at first being a new taxi service in Chester but we pushed on, determined to provide the best taxi service we could.
Our taxi cabs are reliable, arriving on time as promised. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our taxi cabs and 8 seater minibuses are sure to meet your travel needs in Chester. All our taxis cabs are modern, kept immaculately clean inside and out, and fitted with the latest safety devices. Our drivers are always well presented, polite and helpful.
Hackney Carriages, more commonly known as black cabs and can carry more passengers; they are safer than minicabs in terms of the security for the passengers as well as the drivers, they are even used by celebrities and politicians. They have great accessibility for wheelchairs, mums with prams in fact there are no extra charge for up to 5 passengers, also as we are licensed by Cheshire west and Chester council.

The booking process was very straight forward however I was really disappointed that when my flight came in early the taxi wasn’t there and only just leaving chester - my flight only arrived 20 minutes early and I was left waiting 40 minutes at Manchester airport at 1am. I did call them and they said the app they use to track the flights hadn't updated but I expect better when paying for a service, as well as this the vehicle used was really uncomfortable for a 45 minute journey I could feel the bar in the seat across my back. Other than this the driver was really nice and pleasant and I like

I have used this taxi service for 3 Wednesdays in a row. I am a wheelchair user. The 2 drivers I have had are lovely, respectful, kind and can't do enough to help. It was a shame though that today they were late on both picks ups. The were stuck in traffic.

I have used many many taxis from across the whole world, taking between airports and my destination, so I can confidently say, my driver today was simply the best taxi driver I have ever had the pleasure to be driven by!

We are visiting the area and have been recommended Chester Taxi's by the host where we are staying. I called today and the call handler was friendly and helpful. He was personable when we rebooked a return taxi later on. The first taxi driver was exemplary. We were picked up in a pristine Mercedes and the driver was very well presented and polite, I felt like I had my own personal chauffeur. The other driver we had was also very well present and polite. Great prices, on time and extremely great service. Much better than we get at home. Thank you to all.
