I specialise in helping those with anxiety, stress, addictions, phobias, fear of flying, and habits that hold us back. I can help you, as I have helped so many others. Help you to improve, control or banish altogether what it is that is holding you back. Want to take that journey with me back to control and to a calmer, better future?
All you need to do is call or text me. It's your first step. For many, many years I have suffered from anxiety, particularly with travel and crowded places. My world had got so small I couldn't travel in a car, train and of course flying was a nightmare. I noticed that at work, I was not able to attend group meetings and if there was training, I could not go into an environment which was full of people.

When it comes to choosing your Hypnotherapist, there are many factors to be taken into consideration. What qualifications do they have? Have they undergone thorough training in both the practical and theoretical aspects of Hypnotherapy? What other skills do they have? Will they understand my problem if it is associated with a medical condition or if it is a psychological issue?
Hypnosis isn't new. It is one of the oldest ways of healing used by man and has been documented right back in the time of the Pharaohs of Egypt. In more recent times, the British Medical Association endorsed the practice of hypnosis in 1955. It is now included in medical school education and many GPs now use and practice hypnosis.
I help clients with a variety of different issues, including: anxiety, addictions, fear of flying, stopping smoking, phobias, pain management, weight management, insomnia, panic attacks, habit-breaking, nerves and self-confidence. Please be prompt for your appointment as sessions must commence at the time booked.
Using Paypal, or BACS transfer, is an easy and trusted method of transferring money over the internet. It is completely safe for you because both the money and your details are safeguarded. Monica Jones - I had the pleasure of working with Shonagh when I was pregnant with my second child. Already a mother to my busy toddler and a farmer's wife meant all work and no sleep. I met with Shonagh to help address my anxiety about juggling my family priorities and finding time for myself ahead of the birth. It was a wonderful way to focus on myself. After the hypnotherapy session I felt noticeably soothed, relieved, relaxed and at peace with the mayhem around me and was far more able to cope, shrug off the impending panic and get on with it, but also to sit down and breath without guilt or

Shonagh is very good at what she does. She helped me a lot last year with my lack of confidence with my new business. I think I had about 5 visits in total.
The first visit we chatted for about a 40 minutes or so and then she attempted to hypnotise me. As I was relaxed and listening to her I was also thinking I don't feel anything is happening however I was very surprised to open my eyes and notice the room was a lot darker. Shonagh asked me how long I thought I'd had my eyes closed and I said between 5-10 minutes. In fact it was over 40 minutes.
Shonagh gave me a link to a recording that I listened
