The Positive Start Programme is for beginners who have never done any martial arts before and are looking to find out how to do the basics. We understand that not everyone has set their goals to become a Black Belt when they get started. Because of this, the Positive Start Programme is designed with the complete beginner in mind.
All lesson's will automatically book in, You should get an email to confirm your lesson. If the lesson is not confirmed, please call us on 01204 391 361. Please check the times carefully. I would advise you to book the classes in advance to make sure your preferred time doesn't get booked for that week.
