The Great East Barn was once a massive granary, but has been converted into a luxurious Norfolk holiday barn for 14 people. Designed with open plan living in mind, it's perfect for a large group of friends or family. From the comfort of the first floor sitting room you gaze across calm green fields and grazing sheep.
High Barsham was once used for threshing the barn but is now a luxury Norfolk holiday barn for 12 people. Bronze lanterns illuminate the interior, combining rural details with a colourful Eastern atmosphere. There are tranquil views down the Stiffkey River valley and a walled garden provides complete privacy, inviting visitors to unwind in this peaceful setting.
Grey's Court was once the old stables but is now a luxury Norfolk barn conversion for 10 people. The generously proportioned main rooms are decorated in Scandinavian shades of blue and green creating a calm atmosphere, with lovely meadow views. There's a panelled sitting room with window seat and woodburning stove.
Long Meadow was most recently the milking parlour but is now a luxurious Norfolk holiday barn for 8 people. Dating from 1715 the barn is the oldest building on the farm. The huge oak-beamed sitting room has views across the courtyard to the Stiffkey river valley beyond. This lovely barn has an elegant but relaxed French country feel and its chalk walls give it a unique character.
Little Barsham was once used for rearing lambs and sheltering sheep but you'd never know it now! This barn is a sunny cottage in summer or snug hideaway in winter. With exposed beams and picture windows it's a contemporary cottage for the 21st century. The galley kitchen is very well equipped and is open to the dining room/sitting room so you can chat while preparing meals.

We recently stayed in Greys Cottage (6 adults, 4 young children). They cottage itself was amazing, very clean, well equipped, spacious etc with a huge secure garden to the rear. The use of the spa and games room it also a really nice bonus. There was also a BBQ, oven, hob, microwave etc so really easy to be self sufficient. The owners also put us in touch with a local person who delivers home cooked meals that just need finishing in the oven and the food was fantastic. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice barn for big groups but not really fit for the 21st century. Internet is atrocious and there is virtually no mobile signal so if you need to make and important work or personal calls it’s impossible. We ended up having to drive to the local costa coffee! Also even though there are perfectly usable and safe external power sockets, electric car charging is prohibited for some reason. Finally two of the bedrooms in our accommodation are located directly next to the kitchen and dining area meaning whoever sleeps there needs to be happy with their rooms smelling of the kitchen and always being

Had the pleasure of providing a Cocktail Bar for a Corporate Away Day at Barsham Barns recently. From a supplier point of View, this venue is amazing. It is in the middle of nowhere, but the peace and tranquil of just being away from civilization is the big draw.
The House/Barn i was at had an amazing Garden & Patio area and the inside was pretty spectacular too. Definitely one of the better Venues I've had the pleasure of working at recently. Can't wait to visit again.
