You will find Wild Strawberry Cottage nestled in a tranquil courtyard, on the south side of the picturesque village of Burnham Market. This stylish, boutique home from home offers a well thought out open living space reflected perfectly by the two stunning bedrooms on the first floor. The cottage has the sought-after benefit of two private parking spaces.
Recently completed, Ivy Cottage has been tastefully renovated with some beautiful and unique features. This spacious coastal retreat sleeping 2 - 8 guests has been furnished by designers and is full of quirky original art and creative touches. It is well-equipped throughout and boasts wood burners in the living room, dining room and games room, to ensure you have a cosy stay in the colder winter months.
A beautiful and recently refurbished bungalow, in the much-loved seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Tucked back from the road behind the owner's property and within easy walking distance of the pubs and shops, this tasteful bolthole sleeps 2 guests in comfortable style. Haran Bank Annexe has private parking and is situated in a quiet spot, but a short walk away from the busy centre.
A tastefully refurbished cottage, with views across the marshes in the much loved seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Tucked back from the road, but within easy reach of the pubs, shops and beach, this spacious retreat sleeps 2 - 6 guests in luxurious style. Not only does Dove Cottage have enviable private parking for three cars, it also has a gated yard, in which to keep your boat, canoes or bikes secure, and a lockable shed.

Most breaks start on a Friday but as other days are also available, it is recommended that you use the +/- 3 days to ensure all days are included. We stayed at May's cottage just after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted on self-catering accommodation. The cottage was spotless and there was gel at the entrance of the house as well as lots of cleaning products and simple instructions to follow when leaving to help with hygiene. The cottage is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and recently renovated. Overall the cottage is pleasant and perfect for a family holiday. The children enjoyed the garden and the bunk beds, we enjoyed the fireplace in mid-July! I only wish the weather could have been better.

This was a big day for us - our first trip since lockdown has eased and the first time the cottage had been rented since March. It was wonderful - not only to be away in beautiful Norfolk but to arrive and see such a fantastic cottage where so much time and thought had been taken about keeping people safe in the current climate. Obviously precautions were in place but they in no way detracted from the luxurious feel of Dove Cottage. Roomy, light, very comfortable and well appointed. It’s in a fantastic location and I’d return again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.

We couldn't recommend Norfolk Coastal Cottages more highly, and will return again and again to them for the service provided, and the quality of homes on the website. Justine is surely one of the loveliest and most most helpful people to deal with, and should have a special six star rating of her very own. Really, we have nothing but praise all round.

From booking to arrival the communication from Justine at Norfolk Coastal Cottages was excellent. The property itself (Dove Cottage) was very well equipped, clean and cosy; a real home from home. Perfectly located to explore the area and with the benefit of several good restaurants and pubs in Wells Next the Sea itself. We have already booked a return visit.

Well - we didn’t actually stay in the end! We booked Dove Cottage for a week in August 2020 whilst we were holidaying in Wells in summer 2019 - it just looked so amazing! Then about 3 weeks ago we acquired a puppy and needed a cottage that would welcome him on holiday with us. I contacted Justine about our situation and her customer service has been AMAZING! Absolutely first class. We cancelled our booking after (luckily) finding somewhere else with another company as Justine had nothing suitable available. She has replied to every email really promptly and quickly and has been so helpful and
