Norfolk Hideaways has teamed up with Visit North Norfolk, the official destination management organisation for the area, to produce a collection of short films promoting North Norfolk. The new 'North Norfolk, Naturally' films all focus on the unique aspects of North Norfolk and what makes north Norfolk a unique destination to visit.
The majority of properties in our portfolio are included within our Damage Waiver scheme. This covers the cost of making good any loss or damage to the selected property and/or its contents caused through act or omission of you (or any of your guests or accompanying animals) up to 150 in most cases.

The staff are helpful, always attentive and happy to respond to queries at any time. The website is clear and well organised and the booking process easy.
Norfolk Hideways have selected great cottages to promote and showcase. We have probably stayed in half a dozen over the years, and the standards have been consistently high, as have the descriptions on the website unfailingly accurate.
I have no difficulty in recommending Norfolk Hideaways as a great place to start looking to find an ideal place for a Norfolk Holiday.

Booked two holidays online via Norfolk Hideaways on Sunday last. The website doesn't seem to work with Firefox as each time I went to complete the booking I got an error message saying that something had gone wrong and to contact the office. As it was a Sunday the office was closed. Tried again with a different browser and there were no problems!

I found the website easy to use and was able to find properties to suit my requirements quickly. The enquiry I made was answered quickly and I was able to proceed with the booking within minutes of finding the right property. The emails I've had detailing the booking, confirming the booking and requesting payment have all been clear, professional and polite.
