Cuisine Catering has provided corporate finger buffets for up to 200 people and have catered for Weddings with the guest count ranging from sixty to one hundred and eighty people. Our food selection ranges from three course sit down menus, including Wedding Breakfasts, BBQ Selections, Hog Roasts, Lamb Roasts, Paella Meat and Seafood.

A selection of Vegetarian options is also available. We have can also provide a selection of platters which include - Fork buffets with Dressed Whole Salmon, Meat Platters and salads and hand made Desserts. All of our dishes are freshly prepared in our modern, hygienic kitchen premises.

They have now catered twice for our Hockey dinner dance and the hogroast was brilliant. They were very helpful and patient. Vegetarians were catered for.

Jason and his team produced some fantastic food for a large event I hosted. Over 200 people were extremely pleased with the fayre and enjoyed every morsel. Jason also provided the bar for the event which was run very professionally.

Jason and his team delivered a full catered post wedding party for 85 people at our home. The menu was a full English afternoon tea followed by a BBQ and further courses of cheese, ice cream and bacon baps. Throughout the process Jason was excellent to deal with - nothing was a problem, he was proactive in suggesting ideas on what and how much to provide. He is an excellent person to work with. The quality of the food on the day was first class and he and his team took complete control of everything allowing my wife and I to host and enjoy the occasion. The bar arrangement worked perfectly.
