I cannot recommend Lee Gribben and team enough! My mortgage was a bit complicated as it was a Right to Buy, I'm a freelancer/ short term contracted and there were other variables involved but nothing was too much trouble for Lee. He worked so hard and at all hours to ensure it went through quickly, as required, and was always responsive to my many panicked calls and emails. He was especially great at explaining things to me as a first time buyer too without all the jargon. Lee is professional at all times and offers a 5* service! This was our first experience with applying for a mortgage and Lee Gribben has been very helpful, friendly and patient throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, Lee would ring back very quickly and answer the question or let us know that he was going to find out. We were slightly worried applying for a mortgage as EU-citizens with no experience of the housing market in this country, but Lee has been very reassuring and managed to get us a great mortgage.
