Just a response to you, it wouldn't have hurt you to have shown some goodwill. I cancelled the room within minutes of ordering it. This was just a money grab by you. Booking.com even asked you to consider a goodwill. I might have used your services again in the future had you given me the option to or had refunded me part of the payment. But I would never use you now.

They offer awesome service. We stayed there for 2 weeks, staff is lovely, room service is great. They are so cooperative and let you use their kitchen in need.
Breakfast service is good as well. In £5 you get a freshly cooked breakfast.
Only the point that was quite hard was there was no lift, so we couldnt take our buggy with us. But still they provided us a space to keep it on ground floor.
I would definitely stay there again 👍👌

Fairly nice hotel , we were very welcomed. I thought the room we were in was slightly drab, but nice and clean . My biggest gripe was at breakfast there weren't enough tables and quite a few people / groups had to wait quite along time for a table to become free. There was only one lady doing all the work and she couldn't really cope with so many people .
