Our rooms floor was wet, and paid £89 for one night. The bed was falling apart, it was freezing, and they weren't serving breakfast. The staff were friendly enough, but didn't seem like b&b owners.

Amazing location and beautiful scenery. Alan (Manager) was very responsive, helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The building is beautiful and as a graduate Building Surveyor i admire its heritage and construction. The room was clean, provided with everything i needed and was quiet. This was the first hotel in Kent where i slept peacefully. Thank you Alan for all that you do. I will be returning again soon.

Well where do I start. I am halfway through my 9 night stay here whilst waiting for my new premises to become available. I am completely gobsmacked about eveything, the rooms are amazing, gorgeously decorated, exceptionally clean, attention to detail 10/10.
The staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much of a problem any request you have is sorted immediately, they even let me arrive a day early to choose my room and drop off luggage to store for me prior to my house move which I did not want getting mixed up in the chaos.
A full continental breakfast is included in the price, all you

Great place to stay, on the main bus route to either Gravesend or Bluewater. If you need a full English breakfast, then you must order this the day before and pay extra. However, the continental breakfast, which is free, is very good. The staff were helpful and friendly during my 3 week stay

From booking my stay till checking out, the stay was perfect. This is classified as a Bed and Breakfast establishment, however, it could be classified as a small hotel. The rooms were very clean, well appointed with plenty to eat at the continental food bar with plenty of coffee to get your day started. Alan, the manager was very attentive and… couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable, There is parking at the front of the building, the only concern I have is with Google who puts the building somewhere in Lewisham? Not in Northfleet, still those using Sat Nav will be delivered

This is a lovely house. Adequate sized room (one we stayed in). Everything you need. Very clean. Nice decor. Hot shower. Modern bathroom. Nothing too much for Alan (manager). Lovely breakfast - although no fry up there is everything else you would like. Coffee excellent. Will definitely stay again - if they let us..!!
