Walked in last night and straight from the off it felt rushed. Starters came within 3 minutes of sitting down, then half way through our starters the mains came, waitress used the plates in her to push the other plates of the way. The 2 tables near us seemed to be getting the usual wait times between courses.... I said to the lad are you wanting this table sharpish like because i might as well have left the car running.
The food we ate was decent, i wouldn't say we benefited from a deal though (restaurant week) as I wouldn't have paid more than £15 anyway for what we had.
The atmosphere is very

It's restaurant week in Newcastle so we had a lovely 2 course meal here for £10 pp. We ate at 4.15 as had a busy day so it was very early for us but we were starving! Starters of beef tacos and salmon nigiri and then both had teriyaki chicken with rice and veg. Really tasty and filling so extra portion of sweet potato fries probably not needed but gorgeous! Large glass of merlot and a peroni plus tip brought price to £42 and we thought it was worth every penny. Place is big with a night club at the back so pleased we ate early as think it might be noisy later. Staff were lovely and we will be

We came here for my friends 30th Birthday- and the staff went all out. What a special dinner with an amazing table- had Prosecco waiting for our arrival. Food was incredible!! We will absolutely return. Our waitress was a girl from France and we can’t remember her name- we’re sorry but she was fantastic!!

Went as an anniversary dinner. Overall nice atmosphere and classy restaurant. Happened to get lucky as we drove past and thought the venue looked like a bit of us and they had bookings available that night ! Only let down I would of said was an undercooked starter which I highlighted to the manager (it was inedible ) and asked if it was meant to be like that but he just shrugged it off and walked away from the table. No other dishes were recommended or it was not suggested that the dish be removed from the table and re-cooked.
But if you like restaurants such as Tattu this place is a must try

We visited this restaurant on Saturday night while visiting a friend in Newcastle. We booked in advance and had to take a late table (9.30pm) as the restaurant was pretty booked up, due to its popularity.
Located in the trendy Quayside area, local nightlife was buzzing and the atmosphere was electric. We arrived at the restaurant early, so had cocktails in the bar while we were waiting for our table. The barman did take some time to make the whiskey sours, which was annoying as they have no table service.
We were seated at our table around 9.25pm which was great, no delays! Our table was facing
