I've used Platinum a few times, Ang and Magic are very knowledgable and very helpful. They diagnosed something for me that the local BMW main dealer couldn't in five visits! Always seem very honest and fair with pricing, and always able to provide a fast response. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My car started with a mysterious engine management light and another garage diagnosed a turbo fault with its consequent exorbitant price to replace but Platinum found the real issue and was able to replace as part of the warranty. It wasn't so much the cost savings that i was happier with, but the fact that they found the real issue. No point in paying to repair for something that isn't broken. Thank you guys, good job and brilliant service. After 18 years of using my old garage, I have found my new go to garage!.

I used Platinum to try to fix a problem with the emissions on an Audi Q5 I bought secondhand.
It was a mammoth job and despite it taking them a huge amount of time, they stuck to their quote and gave me back my car looking like new.
I'm writing this two weeks after the job was done and since then we've done a thousand miles in the car and no sign of the issue
