We recommend your car receives a Full Service every 12,000 miles or 12 months - whichever is sooner. This is one of our top level services. It is a very comprehensive service, whose key features include: replace oil, air, fuel & pollen filters, replace spark plugs, change oil, check lights and levels, check front and rear brakes.
We have the machinery to re-gas air conditioning systems and our technicians have been trained and are certified in the safe handling of these. We can supply insurance quotes for accident and bodywork repairs and will happily liaise with the Insurance companies on behalf of our customers. We only use good quality, reliable clutches such as LUK, Valeo or Sachs.

I only use volks car garage to service my wife's car and mine.highly recommend.quick and always polite.so professional. Iv used other garages before and nothing comes close to the service and atten to detail these mechanics give to my cars needs. From servicing to mots. When you find a decent garage you never look back. The atten to my cars servicing and repairs was ten times better than a big main dealer i used prior..I won't name and shame them...now that says something about this garage.

Excellent service at reasonable price. I am glad I have finally found a trustworthy mechanic. I had an issue with my starter motor, the garage picked the car up, fixed and returned the vehicle to me in no time. Thank you again guys. Less than one star bought a car from them with an MOT that they completed. The car was found later to have a wrong size tyre on it, the catalytic converter had been removed, cracked rear suspension springs and missing seat cables to move the chairs forward. All are MOT failures so this place is very doggy. I have informed the police, VOSA & trading standards.

Had a unhealthy grinding noise from the front wheel. I drove to Volkscars with no appointment as it was close to me. They looked at the car straight away and I left it with them to find the problem. 3 hours later the car was ready for collection, it was a piece of metal stuck in the brakes. Fast work and very reasonable rates. Would definately use them again and recommend to others.

As agreed I turn up Saturday Morning ,parts are already there and they started with work.While taking out Brake disc we realize Bushes on the wishbone are far gone so they ordered Newfront pair and parts arrived within 15 minutes .My discs and parts are new Calipers and disc shield painted and all that for much less then you will pay at the dealer shop.Many people don't check prices at the Dealers before coming to independents Garage where just hour of labour can cost well over £150.Well pleased thanks very much will come again.

I dropped my car and mention them the problem I am facing.they said they will check it and inform me what wrong with it. I have to ring them 5 times to see any updates. Finally saying there is an electrical fault and the electrician is gonna check. Again I called them saying the car has being fixed and cost me 300 pound as there was fault with ecu and ignition coil.
Without giving me quotation and with out my permission. I said I didn't mention to get it fixed and I just wanted to have a Quataction. Finally I paid and got my car back
