They are brilliant! I went there for my MOT which they we so fair and helpful about, my car failed as the suspension was fitted (by different garage) with the completely wrong spring making my car dangerous to drive, they showed me and my boyfriend what the issue was, they made time the next day to order in the part and fit it and didn't charge over the top prices like you get at other garages.

Really would recommend going local to KSW Autos. I thought there was an issue with my battery, took it in and within an hour they had rung to say it didn’t need replacing and no charge for checking it over. Other places would have replaced it anyway and charged.
Will certainly use for servicing going forward instead of VW dealership.

I have just collected my PT Cruiser from KSW after it’s MOT. Car failed on steering and after a very professional job by KSW has now been returned to its former glory. Thoroughly recommend them. As always an excellent job done. My car now drives and steers like new. Thank you to all the team at KSW.

On Saturday 25thJuly whilst out shopping I had my catalyst converter taken from underneath my car. My car had to go for its MOT on the 27th. The owner knew immediately what had happened. KSW autos did a very professional job on the car and I got my car back the same day.

Where do I start. All of the team at KSW are amazing. Top quality parts and very reasonable pricing. Customer service is amazing. Honestly if you live in the Basildon area I really wouldn’t waste your time with no one else as I have learned these past few months. Just go straight to KSW autos!

Stuart and his team are absolutely some of the best professionals in the vehicle and servicing sector. I will continue to visit despite having to make a journey to come to him and his team. Despite having a year old vehicle, only KSW will look after it, as well as any other vehicle I require service work, maintenance and repairs on in future.

Owner is very rude.
On more than one occasion did not allow enough time to fix my car which resulted in him shouting down the phone asking me to pick up my car.
On the single occasion he did allow enough time he recommended me to another garage that were ‘better at diesel cars’, but left it the whole day to tell me.
It’s a shame as this is my local garage but I strongly recommend to avoid this garage.

Once again my car has been serviced and MOT'd with KSW. I would not take it anywhere else. In the past I have taken my car to cheaper places and even had a mobile cam belt man out. But something always goes wrong or there are hidden charges which don't show up until the bill is being paid.
With KSW what you are told is what you get. They always let you know in advance what needs doing and you can choose to have it done or not. Really friendly helpful people, who do a really good job with outstanding customer service.
