It is important to know the procedures required when your loved one passes on. The act itself is usually very peaceful, but it helps to be knowledgeable about what to do to reduce the stress on yourself. It's a difficult time, and that needs to be taken into consideration. Firstly, in the event of death, you must call your local doctor, or out of hours service (if it is at night or weekend).

Mark went over and above to make the funeral go very well, he even did the service and the order of service for us.

The owner has a con man just google his name.
I installed kit for this man/company and was not paid. 24 months later with help from Essex police I today took back what bits of kit I could get to.
This man is diabolical and should not be allowed to run as a funeral director. A pathetic, sad little man.

Mark (life long scammer) takes your money and makes every excuse in the book to not deliver what he promises. Do not trust this man or business, he should not even be trading and is banned to trade as a funeral director hence why he is a named as partner but a director. Also check out his ankle he as a criminal tag for all the criminal offences he has committed. Avoid at all costs

Had my fathers funeral through this company last year and I received a fantastic service and very accommodating and friendly staff. Now planning my sisters funeral with trinity again. Thank you for what you do. With the horrendously high funeral prices in the area, trinity makes sure you have everything you want for a funeral/cremation at not such an enormous price :-)

The death of my wife was very hard for me and our kids and other Close relatives to deal with, but having trinity deal with the funeral made us all feel a lot more reassured after we came in to the westcliff branch and was welcomed by very friendly reception staff and had a lovely chat with the funeral director mark. They worked professionally and mark had an amazing caring nature I felt I could really talk to him. We had a lovely horse drawn carriage with lots of beautiful flowers. It was perfect! This company really helped us get through our loss and I would highly recommended anyone looking

Trinity funeral homes recently put my late husband to rest and i couldnt have asked for anything better. a brilliant service with all our friends and family there. I was precocious beforehand as I had already paid and came across some of the google reviews but i can't name a fault that happened. 5+ stars, thank you trinity funeral homes.
