At first MC Personnel exclusively offered this transporting service to our staff to and from work for local companies. In 2006 we introduced our services to the public for private hire for weddings, airport runs etc, which proved to be a real success for evening events.
In 2008 we launched the "Services for Schools", which has proved to be a real asset to the local area - offering local schools, colleges and organisations the opportunity to take their students and staff on outings whilst remaining extremely competitive.In 2018 MC Personnel expanding this service and now work in partnership with local councils providing a transportation service for children with learning disabilities and vulnerable adults.

Dealing with Bella Bence has been a nightmare for me. I contacted her about a salary rise which I am entitled to. However, despite having exchanged many emails with her and having had many phone calls, I'm still waiting to get the money. I should have gotten this money several months ago and have been in contact with her for months with no results. She often says she will reply "shortly" but then proceeds to not contact me for months. I believe she is avoiding the issue. This is unprofessional. I'm fed up with this situation and would like to be taken seriously.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Dealt with an employee at the Ashford branch and she definitely has " no people skills " , spoke to her over the phone and her tone and attitude was shocking. I wasn't offered employment because I couldn't start when she wanted me too but to be honest I wouldn't have taken that position after that phone call. Shocking !

They were good to work for in the end but at the start I was sent to a place called ardo which is a hard place to work and I pulled my back out as the company ardo put me to the task of stack 12kg boxes ever 10 - 15 seconds for 4 hours before putting me on something else, I'm 6'2 and all the bending over and to pick up boxes etc was too much strain on my back and it hit me towards the end. However it was really nice working at the other factory called DHM plastics but because of my back being pulled out I struggled working full time and eventually had to stop working because I couldn't stay on

Great service in terms of everything basically, great communication skills, support for transport, really reliable on get you a ongoing work position, a major opportunity to get a permanent job after 3 months like happen to me, if you are a foreign you just need basic language understanding because they help you best they can by people from tge same roots has yourself. A huge 5 star recommended work agency in Ashford and kent.
