We founded Riverside in 2007, but had been in the Recruitment Industry for 3 years before that. We slowly built up the business and managed to secure a High Street presence in 2014. This was a huge turning point for Riverside which has seen the business grow and thrive. Our business is based on providing a service that is second to none.
Established since 2007, Riverside Recruitment is based in the High Street in Midsomer Norton, Somerset. We pride ourselves on sourcing quality and reliable candidates for our long list of clients. Although we are based in Somerset we provide services to Clients in the local area as well as Wiltshire, Dorset and Gloucester.

Avoid this company, unprofessional and not supporting people with a disability. My 18 year old autistic son was dealing with a lady called tanya. She placed him on a night shift from 10-6. At the time he looked for work his only transport was his electric scooter. I contacted tanya explaining this. We live 3 miles from where this job was., and he wouldn't be able to get to this job. But she still proceeded to give him the go ahead for this job. Then complained about my sons lack of transport when he couldn't get to work. On one occasion there was a covid case at the work place. I've actually received and accepted an incredible job opportunity while working alongside this agency. The woman whom I've been dealing with over the phone has been nothing but pure bliss and productivity. There's a high level of professionalism and get-up-and-go attitude that doesn't exist in other agencies. I'm unsure of their entire work repertoire, but my engineering role has suited me to a tee!
