At Lucy Pet Carer, we have a fully qualified and highly dedicated team who take on a personal approach when it comes to looking after your pets, giving them the love and care they deserve. Lucy has built up Lucy pet carer for the last 17 years and is about to open the rehabilitation side this year after completing her course and qualifying 2 years ago.
Expert doggy day care is ideal if you are away or at work and leaving your dog alone. Our doggy day care creche is a fun and safe place for your pooch. We have two large grass safe enclosed paddocks, a dry astro turf area for muddy days, and also a large indoor play centre for cold and wet days with dog-safe play houses, dog tunnels, trampolines and lots more!
Whether you're going away for the weekend or off on your annual summer holiday, our luxurious dog boarding facilities are the ideal place to leave your dog. With regular interaction and exercise, you can rest assured that your dog will be well looked after. Unlike most dog boarding kennels, our dog pens are only for your pet when it's time to go to bed.

Chadwick has had yet another fabulous stay at Lucy Pet Carer! After 5+ years he still loves it as much as he did the first time he visited. It’s so great to hear the stories of what he’s been up to, and see… the lovely pictures and videos of him playing with his pals. Thank you so much to Lucy and team - particularly Becky and Poppy - for the fab work you do. I think he may sleep for a week! 💤

I send my dogs here for doggy daycare and hydrotherapy. The staff are warm friendly and take top care of my dogs; they have a thorough vetting process which is very comforting and care is customised to the particular needs of my different dogs. I've been using Lucy's for many years looking after my rabbits and dogs and am very pleased with them and have no problem recommending them to anyone needing good quality care at a reasonable price

As Rainbow had never been left with anyone before, I decided to book her into day care for two half days this week to see how she got on, ready for her "boarding" stay next year as, unfortunately her booking for last year and this year had to be cancelled. Evidently Rainbow was quite happy and enjoyed being with the carers and the other dogs. I will have no worries leaving her for two weeks, as I know Lucy and her team will take great care of her. They are all so friendly, professional and treat their charges as one of their own. Thank you to all who looked after Rainbow this week.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
The advert promises expert animal care yet the pictures show the injury my dog sustained on a gate while in the care of a member of staff. Treatment is not complete but already have incurred vets charges of £800. This is not a safe environment for dogs. Will never recommend again.

Murpypants has a lovely time at Lucy if not at day care or his yearly Holiday he love going there barking all the way in can't wait to get out of the car and meet his friends and with the new health pool it's amazing how much he loves the pool .Lucy keeps growing and finding new ways to help our pets .
