The combination of Massage and Pilates are a natural fit for for people who want to reshape and reprogram their bodies out of repetitive muscle firing patterns that result in chronic pain and fatigue.
My massages are therapeutic deep tissue sessions. The pressure is based on what your body can tolerate and no more. We will communicate throughout the massage to make sure you are getting the best massage for you. The Combo is the best of both worlds. This is a 80 minute session the Pilates/Massage time is split however you like based on what you need that day.
