We are a small animal practice in Limavady, first established in 2003. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinary surgeons and nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care.
We also offer free parking for clients at the practice. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.

Here at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's well-being. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please call our surgery on 028 7776 9777 and you will be advised what to do next. Out of hours emergency care is provided on a shared on call rota between five practices in the County Londonderry area. Please call the practice on 028 777 69777 to be directed to the emergency vet on call.
Our practice is an RCVS accredited Small Animal General Practice, welcoming dogs, cats, birds, exotics, poultry and small mammals. We are always pleased to receive your feedback and constantly aim to provide a high-quality service, so if you have any compliments or suggestions on how we can improve, we would like to hear from you.
In her spare time Julia loves spending time with her horses, showing and show jumping and taking her dog Nipper for walks. As a local girl, she particularly enjoys consulting, meeting new pets and chatting to owners. When she is off work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her two German Shepherds, Thor and Zeus, and spending time with her cat.

Great veterinary clinic, with brilliant staff, who go that extra mile for customers. It shows how good it is there, as our both wee dogs could never wait to get out of the car to get in too. Thankyou to each and every one of the staff who were so kind and compassionate to us, when we lost our precious girl Isla 16 days ago. They helped to make it that wee bit easier for us to help Isla over Rainbow Bridge.

Pet was given almost fatal medication they claimed was a bad reaction. Seemed to lack understanding of the risks and wanted to repeat same treatment with same medication after this, despite this being against all guidelines and common sense.
Most likely first reaction was an overdose and this is why they were willing to repeat without changing meds or further investigation (this was a second opinion).

My dog had surgery at my local vets in Derry. Got everything sorted and she was doing well but bust her stitches. To get the stitches redone they charged over £500 (over double the price of the original survey & medication, check ups etc). Over-priced and sending profits back to the parent company in the USA, no interest in community values. Find a local vet to support.
