We are a small animal practice in Derry, first established in 2010. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinary surgeons and nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care.
We also offer free parking for clients at the practice. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.

Here at St Elmo Veterinary Clinic, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's well-being. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please call our surgery on 02871 35 35 38 and you will be advised what to do next. Out of hours emergency care is provided on a shared on call rota between 5 practices in the County Derry area. Healthy Pet Club members may receive 10% off any of the out of hours emergency products or services, please ask when you call for more details.

Booked wee dog in for a Wednesday. Took him down in the pouring rain to be told the apt was actually Thursday. They made the mistake but didnt take responsibility. Had to take highly distressed dog back home. They didnt respond to my complaint. Very unprofessional. Also had no record of the dog's last visit. Would not recommend this place. Staff very unhelpful and not willing to accept responsibility for their mistake.
