Our services are the core of our business and compliment the high standard of facilities we offer. Care is at the very centre of everything we do and we aim to provide peace of mind whilst your pets are staying with us. We fully believe that looking after the needs of the pets in our care is a 24/7 job and that's exactly the way we work and so do our staff.
Your holiday is booked, so now it's time to book the holiday for the rest of your family and it's really simple to arrange their stay with us! If you've any questions or would like to view our premises before making your booking please contact Ann or Andy by telephone or email as indicated and we'll be happy to help.
We're very proud of our purpose built facilities and here are some of the reasons why. We believe that the facilities at our disposal are extremely well equipped and provide your pets with a great experience whilst they stay with us, ensuring your peace of mind at all times. Often pet boarding services start as a hobby and progress into more, Castle Croft Kennels however is a professional purpose built dog boarding kennels and cattery.
If you're out at work all day does your dog get bored or destructive when you're not at home? There are a number of solutions, such as dog walkers or crating - but have you ever considered dog daycare? We have, and so have our clients. Due to increasing interest we have now allocated a limited number of our kennels for our new dog creche service for daytime boarding, available 7 days a week, from 8am to 6pm.

My first time attempting to put my dog in kennels, paid upfront and all I was told to bring was collet and lead then when I arrived in was told I need several other things even though they knew I had a ferry to catch, so I ran around got what they told me and then refused to take my dog. I rang to get a refund and was refused claiming they was in the right yet refused to go on judge rinder, and I wonder why that is?

We've been regular customers of Ann & Andy at Castle Croft Kennels for the best part of 5 years now and leave our huskies with them every time we're on holiday. Our experience has always been fantastic, the facilities are spotless and they use the same premium pet food we buy which is a pleasant surprise - so we know the dogs are eating well whilst we're away. For us the biggest benefit is that both of our large dogs can comfortably occupy the same large kennel (which also have outside runs!) so we know whilst we're away they're still together. The peace of mind allows us to enjoy our holiday all
