All of our self catering cottages have a shower room and a practical kitchen, which is perfect for preparing a tasty breakfast or packed lunch. I have just spent over the last month staying here I don't often write reviews but this was the most friendly place I have ever stayed in.

Services
From rather humble beginnings as a make shift watering hole for passing farmers, the Fox Covert has come a long way. The hospitality however has remained true to it's roots and reflects on the longevity of staff that have worked here and regular patrons. We are committed to giving you an excellent service and the fine dining that you've come to expect of the Fox Covert over the years.

My partner and I stayed at one of these lovely cottages whilst we were moving between properties. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our short stay here was comfortable and she was very helpful and responsive. Our cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and it was warm and cosy. Beds were very comfortable. The pub next door is lovely too!

Lovely place to stay for a quick getaway, clean and very cozy. Nice area and surroundings. Owner Angie was on hand if you needed her, not that we did as no issues. Highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit in the very near future.

I booked one of the cottages for my sons 40th birthday . There lovely old fashioned cottages with lots of old world charm about them . Nice little kitchen with fridge , microwave , bedroom and bathroom. Nice sitting Room with TV . Very cosy cottage . Ang the owner is on hand if any help is needed and is a very nice lady . She let us put balloons and banners up in the cottage and was happy for the dog to stay . My son and his partner loved it and the pub was just next door for hes birthday get together. All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here .

Stayed here a few times, lovely traditional accommodation, family make you so welcome, you feel like your part of the family, lovely old pub next door, place was decorated in a traditional cottage theme quite rustic, nice and clean, highly recommend these cottages. (P. S. If your looking for bling and fake furnishings suggest a Premier Inn, this is traditional and authentic, love it!)

Stayed at these lovely well-equipped cottages for a few days wile visited family in the area,, lovely welcome from owner angie, pet friendly too! Which is a added bonus, we have a small dog that we wanted to bring with us, the fox covert pub on the corner was a lovely friendly place to eat!! Serving delicious home cooked food also dog friendly. Recommended for a lovely stay
