Thompson Wilson provide both Full Building Surveys and Intermediate Surveys on properties of all ages, sizes, style and price. We produce a report tailored to your particular requirements, with a prompt and professional turnaround. A Building Survey is recommended for older buildings (pre-1920) as well as larger buildings and those of unusual construction.

Keith is very arrogant and rude! I've asked for a paid survey as a property developer and with a raised tone I was told I am a third party and the owner should contact them to ask for the survey! Seams like they need to learn the definition of their job description! A survey is undertaken by a property buyer/investor to protect their investment! Simple!
