Manipulative & cohesive staff, talking the elderly & confused residents into whatever suits there needs. Money being the forefront of there importance. Personal items missing upon departure too.

I am so grateful for the amazing, talented, professional & caring people in our world. Last Sunday I represented my family & attended the most touching & beautiful Memorial service for residents at Stocks Hall Care Home Ormskirk. It was to remember residents who have left this planet. My Mum Kitty Dowd R.I.P. lived there for her last few months &… she died 8 December last year. Each person was honoured respectfully with heartfelt stories about them & their lives, poems were read, candles lit for all. I was given this rose & poem. When my Mum was ill & in her last

Mum was in Stocks Hall in Skelmersdale for over 7 years and I cannot praise their care too much. They were always friendly and helpful and showed genuine care towards my mother and a few of the girls even came to her funeral. A wonderful home and would recommend it to anyone
