Extremely rude and argumentative.Unhelpful, unprofessional staff with attitude problems. I’ve never spoken to someone more confrontational in my life.
Leaving residents with no care whatsoever, specifically not helping residents charge phones to avoit conversations with family's.
It's like a prison, shame!

My father in law went into this care home for 3 days respite on the day of lockdown, within a few days he was being woken up in the night by the gentleman in his room, he was not getting better due to the staff having no training on to care for him, he told us they had lost his pyjamas.
My father in law was getting stressed so called every time I had a concern, they told me he was confused on all occasions even though when trying to talk to my father in law on the phone it was impossible as the gentleman who was sharing his room shouted so much.
