Hillcroft is a luxurious, warm and tastefully decorated residential care home, providing high-quality care to all of its residents. Aughton is an ideal quiet location for a restful retirement. Shops, restaurants, bus stops and other amenities are all within a few minutes' walk. Hillcroft is registered with the CQC to accommodate 34 residents in single bedrooms, all ensuite and fully equipped.
All rooms are single occupancy but many can also suitably cater for couples. Our spacious, well-appointed dining room is arranged in restaurant style and the comfortable, plush lounge overlooks the attractive gardens. The original themed areas in dfferent parts of the grounds outside are perfect for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

Hillcroft is owned by Raycare Ltd and has been run by Home Manager, Mrs Margaret Sutcliffe for 10 years. Margaret has a Registered Managers Award, NVQ 5 in Leading Dementia Care, and a host of other relevant qualifications to which she keeps adding. She is passionate about individualised care and is personally involved in the welfare of every single resident.
At Hillcroft, we aim to provide an exceptionally high level of care and to ensure that each resident is treated with utmost respect, their privacy protected and their dignity preserved. Our goal is to support individuality and independence and to encourage you to exercise choice in all aspects of your care.
The prime objective of our home is to promote and foster health and wellbeing. On your admission, an assessment of need is performed by a senior member of the care team, from which a Care Plan is created. You, your relatives and doctors will be offered and encouraged to participate in the drafting of your Care Plan.

We aim to provide rst rate facilities and care in beautiful and comfortable surroundings. You are welcome to choose your bedroom from those available and you are invited to add your own personal effects (as long as they comply with regulations).
You can relax in our plush, restful and stylishly arranged sitting room. The display of lovely pictures, ornaments and ower arrangements add to the inviting and homely feel. The large windows and French doors offer you a magnificent, panoramic view of the charming landscaped garden. A large at screen television, DVD player, high-quality2 sound system and library of books provide recreation and entertainment.

Mum has stayed in Hillcroft for respite care twice. We are extremely happy with the care and consideration she has received. The staff are always pleasant and caring and they take the time to discuss Mum and her needs.They are extremely helpful with any enquiries and I would be pleased to recommend Hillcroft to anyone.
