Yorkshire Terriers have shared our life for over 30 years, both good times and sad times. The reason that I became a fully qualified Hevenlyz Graduate, attaining City & Guilds Level 3 certification was motivated by the opportunity to develop my career with my animal buddies. I look forward to taking care of your best friend, as they enjoy our luxury mobile dog grooming experience.

My god. My dog’s never looked better. Fantastic makeover washed, nails clipped, ears done. Her coat is now shining and she is smelling fantastic. Can’t fault this company. Have booked them up for another makeover in the next month and every month from then on. Well done Gary although not met him yet but my wife did and she highly appraised him. Anyway highly recommend this company if your your dog wants the perfect makeover for a decent price. Go for it👍

I would not recommend this service. There were many issues with the styling, did not look like a shih tzu and an uneven cut. More importantly Billy's skin was nicked/bled in 4 places. Two of those on his testicles which are now swollen and may need a trip to the vet

Gary was perfect. Kobe didn’t like the lead on his neck at the start and Gary brought him back with the leash around his body. Just little things like that. Perfect length for us too

We get our dog groomed every 6 weeks and are always delighted at what Gary does. He collects the dog with a happy chat and professionally returns her. Our dog won't let me even brush her very long, matt hair. She always comes back looking brilliant but even more important...Happy 😊

Bow Wow Dog Spa was booked to come to our house and give our Cocker Spaniel, Lola a post lockdown grooming session. From start to finish, we were impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasm by the owner, Gary. Couldn’t get any better service than this. He made a fantastic job of Lola’s shaggy, curly, overgrown fur coat.

I have had Bow Wow Dog Spa come and do my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel many times now and a fabulous job everytime and know issues at all. Our Bella is quite a timid thing but is always well looked after and always goes and comes back with her tail wagging. I always get asked how I would like her done and always done to a high standard and exactly how I ask. And having that one to one experience is perfect for Bella and unlike parlours not kept in a crate or stressing out due to other dogs barking. A very high 5 out of 5 stars for me and if I could give more stars I would.

Gary came to groom our miniature poodle, Flash, after a year in lockdown. He groomed him beautifully and without complaint. He didn't charge me extra, even though Flash was a mess. Flash is a velcro dog and I have never been able to leave him at a salon but Gary handles him so professionally that he goes off without a whimper and comes back completely untraumatised. He is now a beautifully groomed wee dog.

Gary came to meet my 1.5 yr old cockapoo before making a booking. After meeting her, he then made an appointment to return to groom my dog. On appointment day, he brought her to his van but within 4 minutes, Gary brought her back saying, "she's too excitable" and told me to go somewhere else. Disappointed to say the least,. I won't be booking Bow Wow again.

Gary was accommodating and turned up on time. He was great with our dog who was initially nervous but once inside the van was fine. We could not keep on top of her shedding and with Gary's help her old coat is now out. days later she still smells great.
would highly recommend Gary.
