Every staff member is highly trained to deal with all the members of your animal family and this is reflected in our wonderful facilities we have built over the many years.
Glenbrittle has been a family run business for many years, it is in our blood to be animal lovers and it is a business that has a long standing history of being run by people with a pure love of animals. We truly believe that any animal is genuinely happy when they receive the correct amount of exercise, care and attention.
We have an extensive range of products for sale in our large store ranging from swimming and grooming aids, dry food, tinned, a huge selection of toys, leads, beds, blankets and training aids. We supply a vast range of foods as well as a large number of special diets for your loved one. Fresh fish and chicken are available - please ask for details.
You are welcome to view our facilities at any time and there is no need to make an appointment - just turn up, meet our carers and have a look around. We recommend you bring any questions with you and we will try our very best to answer them! It goes without saying that you are also welcome to visit during your pet's stay with us.

Really lovely place for kennels, staff are amazing really friendly. My mums dog went for a week. Staff loved having him there. He really enjoyed him self. Very reasonably priced as well. Different levels of boarding and even a doggy day care as well. Amazing place, there on site shop as a good range of food toys bedding and accessories.

We have used Glenbrittle kennels now for more than 10 years.
During numerous stays of various pets past and present.I can honestly say that we have never had any problems or issues with service, costings or animal issues.
We have always found the staff to be extremely polite and focussed on the animals. We currently have a dog that is what could be referred to has “ high maintenance” and as a result we can not take her away with us. Glenbrittle always welcome her with open arms and look forward to her stays with them. We have recently had our cats in too. We have experienced the same level

The staff were very helpful, had our dog Skye in there for a week, they moved her into a quiet part of the kennels free of charge because they could see her getting anxious. Got regular up dates on how she was doing. Absolutely fantastic place. Will be using them again. Thank you to all that work there xx

I have used Glenbrittle Kennels for over 25 years. Initially with our Alsatian, Cassie then Harry our Yorkshire Terrier and now with Tia who is also a Yorkshire Terrier and born completely blind. With all our dogs I have valued the care given whilst we have been on holiday and especially how we worked with Glenbrittle to introduce Tia. (It initially took 2 of them to groom her) I have no worries when Tia spends time in Glenbrittle. She comes out clean and well looked after. I have no hesitation in booking Tia always into Glenbrittle.

I have used this kennels a number of times and all the staff always very friendly and helpful. Our border terrier, Mylo came home happy and healthy after his stay. As usual, he was washed and groomed by the kennels before coming home which is a nice touch. I have recommended Glenbrittle kennels to other members of the family for future use

We have just collected our dog brandy earlier on after leaving her for just over a month whilst we where visiting family abroad! She has always been a nervous dog and I was so shocked to see that she came bounding up to greet us and was full of life!! We didn’t even think it was our dog! I’m so pleased of how comfortable she’s been staying at Glenbrittle Kennels and I will definitely be bringing her back very soon!

Took our 2 rescue Border Collies for a week stay in the apartments at Glenbrittle. One of our dogs is very sensitive and will often not eat when not at home or change in environment. It was lovely when we were on holiday to receive pictures of them both playing on the agility courses looking very happy which put our family at ease! When we returned home we found both dogs really calm and happy and have obviously been well looked after! We would like to thank the team for caring for them so well and especially Jordan who when we spoke to her had a very good understanding of both our dogs different
