Set in three acres of countryside on the borders of Cheshire and the Wirral, Wynnestay Kennels & Cattery has been established for more than 30 years, but has been enjoying a new lease of life under new ownership for the last 8 years. Boarding Kennels Report

We pride ourselves on offering a home from home for your pets, and so boast a relaxed yet professional atmosphere here at Wynnestay. All of our kennels and runs are cleaned and disinfected daily to ensure a comfortable stay for your dog. Your dog will be housed in a large, individual, open-air run, with heated accommodation for the colder days and nights.

Cattery Report

We all know how fussy cats are about cleanliness! At Wynnestay Kennels & Cattery in Cheshire, we make sure that your cat your cat is left feline happy and relaxed during your absence. For us keeping your cat comfortable during its stay is a priority. That's why, just like our kennels, we make sure that all our boarding cattery chalets are cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis.

Our 7 year old collie could be a little shy but it was obvious when we collected her from her first stay at Wynnestay that she had really enjoyed her time there. The staff were kind and friendly and the kennels were spacious and clean that so we had no worries about leaving her there. We dropped labrador Colonel and he couldn't wait to get inside with the handler. We picked him up a week later and he was wild to see us but most importantly he was happy and had been well cared for. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Picked up my baby girl from the kennels today after a 4 night stay, she’s never stayed away from us or stayed in boarding kennels, but judging by the state of her since she got home, she’s had fun. She’s absolutely wiped out. Thank you to the staff or looking after my baby girl Mia. 🥰

Can highly recommend Wynnestay Kennels & Cattery, they have been very accommodating this week when we had to put our Dog in the kennel at very short notice.
We picked up our dog on Friday after her weeks stay I am sure lily did not want to leave, she’s been looked after by Ady and his team.
Lily’s bedding that we took with us was freshly washed and lily had been given a bath.

We have been using wynnstay for our border collie benji since he was a pup he is a regular guest and stays at least 4 times a year some short stays and some longer. he is always happy when he comes home and is treated great with walks and treats I wouldnt use any where else. we can go away knowing our dog is safe and happy.

What can I say about this place ,Ady and all his wonderful staff are exceptional and wonderful with all the dogs and cats that come here for a holiday. My little Bichon Frise Buddy comes here on doggy day care and he loves it ,I can have peace of mind whilst I’m at work . I can’t Thank Ady and his team for all they do for Buddy.Well Done !!!!!
