Legionella Risk Assessments ( This is a legal requirement for all landlords of domestic properties ). We must compliment you on the very professional manner in which you installed our new heating system. From the start your promptness was very gratifying and the care not to damage our property and install the system in a neat and appropriate place was most pleasing.
The gas safety information tells you that the gas appliance or gas fitting has been checked to see if it is working safely and meets the correct safety standards. This information may also tell you when you next need to service the appliance. A 12 monthly gas safety check must be carried out on every gas appliance/flue by a qualified and gas safe registered engineer.

Absolutely fantastic, very thorough, very professional, really high standard. Had a toilet fitted and a kitchen tap replaced at my home address. Was that impressed I booked the team in to do a lot of work on my business premises which I will review also. 5/5 for the home.

Had been let down by previously by one no show plumber and one who started some worked and did not return so turned to Riverside who were there without fail.
Had a total of 11 radiator valves replaced

So very helpful and friendly they really know what they are doing and explain what they need to do. Will be using again, they repaired pipework after a bad workman had not fitted pipework correctly. Riverside Plumbing and Heating are excellent. Will be using again
