John McAndrew established the company in 2005 after 16 years working for Newcastle City Council as a plumber. The company initially focused on domestic customers. Having been in the industry for several years, John has seen first hand what effect bad plumbing work can have on a home or business. Therefore the aim was to get back to basics - turn up on time, complete the job on time and provide high quality workmanship.

Used this business few times. Always turn up on time, professional and polite. Just installed my new boiler, work completed in the time they said. Very considerate because they were working in the kitchen and allowed me access when needed. Very good value and local if I need to call them back.
