JTS Gas & Plumbing Services, based in Wallsend, is a family-run business who have over 35 years of attention to service and detail within the trade. We are registered with Gas Safe and are legally bound to work to their high standards of safety. We offer a wide range of services such as boiler installations, gas central heating maintenance and plumbing for house owners, commercial property owners and Landlords.
At JTS Gas & Plumbing Services we pride ourselves on the offering the best customer service and aim to go beyond your expectations. JTS came out gave me a price to carry out the work which was a fair price, they kept me informed throughout out the job. They started and finished when the said they were, tidy, polite and did a first class job on fitting the boiler and extra radiators.

Due to the nature of gas fire and central heating breakdowns, it is impossible to give an estimate over the phone. Landlords are required, by law, to comply with the Gas Safety Regulations Act which involves all houshold gas appliances and pipework to be checked every 12 months and be in possesion of valid Gas Safety Certificate.

Mr Smith came on time was very understandable as what we wanted in our very old heating boiler .
Gave us good information with different price brackets on new boilers left us with the information we wanted with no hard sell at all .
We got a written quote which was very reasonable Trevor & Bill started the work at the agreed time took great care with our carpets and furniture it all couldn't have gone much better , must admit we were a bit apprehensive when we saw the digital room stat but they were very patient even had a phone call the next day to make sure we were nice and warm
