After feathering our floor yesterday, today Scott collected his things from our living room, left, then told me over the telephone that he no longer wanted to do this job (I was upstairs unaware the whole time, door open because other workmen were around). He was very apologetic, but it would have been nice if he had been upfront about why he no longer wanted to do it or at least had the courage to explain it to my face. Yes, the screws and staples could have been done better on our ply, but I would like to think, for what we were about to pay, that he would have been more proactive about getting

Scott is a professional who does what he says he is going to do. He was punctual, efficient and clean. The Karndeen flooring I had fitted was finished off superbly in the time frame that Scott said he would do it in. I would highly recommend him for your flooring needs.

If you ever want karndean flooring fitted, then you really need to get Scott to do it for you. He is so helpful, honest and accommodating. We had two bedrooms fitted with karndean flooring which look fabulous. Scott also fitted our large kitchen and dining area with da Vinci tiles and it is just stunning. The floor makes the kitchen. Scott works on your floor from start to finish with precision and attention to detail. He is also a really nice guy. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now and would recommend him every time.
