Bad finishing in our two bathrooms, I also wanted a coir mat at the door which was never fitted when the Amtico was installed, although it was agreed with the person who took the measurements originally. Now they want to charge me £120 plus VAT for placing a mat at the doors plus the response I received from the director of the company was shocking, I have to pay for a coir mat even though I originally requested a coir mat!!
They said they will come out to fix the bathroom flooring as it’s a bad finish on the corners, but that’s all acceptable for them. The only person here that is inconcienced
