Very disappointing service at the store. They didn't bleed and reset my brakes properly so I had to take it elsewhere to get it done to a proper standard.
Also, the chap at the front desk was very unhelpful and even though they said they would do me the small favour of pumping up my shock at the service, he made a big deal about it when I asked him to do it.
Seriously the shop front staff need some customer service training. I am a polite and reasonable customer and there was no reason to treat me that way.
This experience has put me off Giant and I'm moving to another brand for my mountain

Really pleased with my bike fit with Simon from Cadence. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining each step as we went along. My bike feels amazing to ride now, no more sore back or bum and I've found I can ride for longer. Really can't recommend it enough - very reasonably priced as well and the staff inside the store were also really friendly.

Bought a Giant bike online, stupidly expected the delivery to be quick. One week after purchasing, got an email to say that the bike would be delivered within two days - didn’t hear anything, another week passes. So I went to Twickenham myself, collected the bike, even though I asked for it to be delivered - guy at the desk was on the phone, didn’t acknowledge me.
When I finally got my hands on the bike, It had no pedals on it, these were paid for as an extra…(wasn’t made aware of this previously).
Having owned many bikes, and bought a lot online + also owning my own retailer - this level

I recently purchased a Giant Defy Pro2 from this store. I have to say the service was excellent. Special mention to Dominic who was very knowledgable and patient in advising me on which bike was best for my needs and allowing me to ride several bikes to compare. For a big purchase like this you cant beat a good in-store experience with a someone like Dominic advising you and helping with after-sales enquiries also. I also had a bike fit with Simon on the same day so that my bike was perfectly set up for me when I left the store. The fitting service is top notch and very professional, and again

Had a Bike fit with Simon today. Very professional and was able to help me get the perfect fit on my road bike. He explained really well on what my body was doing on the bike and where the adjustments needed. It was nice and slow with the new adjustments on my bike. Making sure I am not uncomfortable in anyway. Right away I was able to see what I was missing. I left the shop with a new riding style and felt I could go even faster and feel that my body with be in a more comfortable position on longer rides now. Thanks again to Simon and the Giants Twickenham Team.

I purchased my bike from Giant Twickenham and have had 2 bike fits there, all of which have been excellent. However, my issue lies with the service element. I paid £70 to get my read wheel’s hub fixed after the bearings wore though. I have no issue with the price, however I do have an issue with the fact that 2 months later my free wheel has broken (again) which certainly shouldn’t have happened. Clearly the service wasn’t done correctly as a hub should last longer than 2 months.

Looks really good I was pleasantly surprised to see that I can go inside and try on things like helmets and jackets. A lot of things are in stock so that's a plus it's also clean and organised I ordered service for bikes I got October which is some time away but that's all good cuz I'll wait for great quality service. I wanted only a brake bleed and tune up but then I was told that they will look over the full bike as standard. There are enough parking spots around and no one is being very annoying by telling me to use plastic gloves and a mask.
