We are conveniently located inside Richmond Station, so you can drop your bike with us in the morning for service or repair on the way to the train or tube, then collect it later in the day when you return to Richmond.

Richmond bike hire located within Richmond Station enables you to explore Richmond Park, one of London's largest parks with its free-roaming deer, or ride the Thames towpath down to Hampton Court Palace, Walton-on-Thames or beyond (if you're feeling really energetic!), to Windsor Great Park. Head the other way and cycle to wonderful Kew Gardens, Barnes, Chiswick and beyond towards the city.
Our bicycle service will keep your bike well maintained making it easier and safer to ride. At our bicycle service centre in Richmond-on-Thames, we carry out a thorough checkover on your bicycle. We pay particular attention to the common parts which fail during day to day use, highlighting any issues of concern.

Fantastic shop and service. I have been researching a new bike for months, and Ashley was really helpful both on the phone and email at answering questions and generally helping me out. There are a lot of shops closer to me, but I will definitely be back! Pic of my brand new Surly, just collected today :D

Had a really good experience with this cycle hire company. We were a party of 10 and the two men working there were extremely accomodating, friendly and patient. The bikes were of excellent quality (light but responsive and sturdy, padded seats, breaks in excellent order, seats adjusted on the spot). There was a £75 deposit for each bike, and for 4 hours, you can rent the bike for £16. One of our chains snapped as soon as we left, and it wasn't a problem. We simply returned the bike and the owners happily added a time extension in return.

My son desperately needed a new bike. I talked to the owner and he asked me some questions to help work out what style would be best for him. Based on that he provided some suggestions and recommendations saying I should show them to my son on the web before deciding. No pressure to buy at all which was nice. He also provided me with advice on how to most accurately measure my son to ensure he got a bike that fitted him
