Very poor experience in original glory.
Only been in here 3 times, but each time had a bad experience. Warped framing, washed out color of canvas and recently damaged moulding.
Spoke to staff and his attitude was very blasé to say the least.the fact that the problems were rectified made him seem to think that that was all that mattered. Not good. Will not be returning.
To add to my review since first written and in response of the owners reply as dated on 28/2/21
I would happily excuse a mistake made by original glory but the fact that I had three bad experiences really is not acceptable no

I have used Original Glory many times over the past few years. Everyone there has always been very helpful and I have been delighted with the results. Some projects have been particularly demanding, but Ed and Alex have gone out of their way to come up with innovative solutions. A five star service as far as I'm concerned!

Every time I visit Original Glory, I am hugely impressed by the professionalism of the service and the friendliness of the staff. The quality of the framing is always top notch and I can’t recommend this place too highly. Thank you for another fantastic job - I’ll be back soon with more pictures to frame. No need to take them to London any more - Original Glory far outdoes all the framers I’ve used in the past.
