Printing onto garments provides a smart, modern and economical option for garment decoration. It can often fill the gap that embroidery sometimes just can't, when for instance you require larger areas or highly visible messages (backs of team tees for instance) or name and numerals added.
With experience in a number of different techniques, as with embroidery, we can advise on the correct process depending on design, garment and chosen print material.Using CAD technology, precise and sharp patterns are cut by a single blade from sheet vinyl. Each sheet is then hand 'weeded' to remove all the excess material.

Embroidering onto garments is still the most popular way to brand a garment. It should look smart and quality and communicate quickly and vibrantly who you are. Embroidery is suitable for most types of garments and can be used for both simple and intricate designs to create beautiful finishes. We use a huge range of colours and shades, we literally have hundreds to choose from and can often match to the pantone colours in a design.
Whilst many clients will supply their own logo's and have a very specific idea of what they require, we completely appreciate that not all of our customers will be in this position! Over the years we've helped a number of clients through the process, here's just a few examples.
Having decided they wanted some new clothing for their team, West Country Gundogs asked Sewfantastic for some help with their 'lettering only' logo; so we chose a 'Seagull' font and set the lettering on a background, within a frame, to give it "oomph" and impact! They were so pleased with the logo work we had done, they to design and produce a retail item to sell at outdoor events.

As keen horse riders and owners ourselves, Sewfantastic has fast become the "go-to" for a number of high profile equestrian riders, teams, brands and venues. Personalised or embroidered saddlecloths are now common place amongst riders to show representation of either a brand or a team. Whilst a popular item, however, to give a cloth real impact, is a skill.
Both promotional embroidery and promotional printing is something we think we're really rather good at and-over the last 25 years-we have been lucky enough to work with some fantastic clients, some stunning designs and some interesting projects. Whilst we can't share all of them with you, hopefully some of the images below will provide some insight into our capabilities and the breadth of projects for which we've been commissioned.
