Having been a mixed practice for over 50 years, in 2015 we made the change to focus on small animals, with our team of Veterinary Surgeons, Vet Nurses and support staff all aiming to provide the best possible care for your pet.

Our team aims to provide you and your pet with the best possible service, whether this is when seeing the Vet, spending time as a inpatient, or helping you keep on top of your flea treatment. We do our best to achieve this with the Vets, nurses, receptionists and admin staff all working together to ensure you and your animal receive the best treatment.
Our team of Veterinarians work hard to provide your animals with the very best level of care, and along with the rest of staff aim to give you the best possible service. Having grown up in the area, once he qualified in 1988 he worked across the river for two years, before moving back, joining Severnside and becoming a partner in the business.
Our full staff of both qualified and assistant Vet nurses provide the support needed for the Vets, ensuring the greatest care for your animals at all times. Whether this is helping attain a sample from a patient, monitoring an anaesthetic, caring for inpatients or any of their wide range of responsibilities, they are help ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Caroline is Practice (financial) and Accounts Manager, and is joint practice manager along with Karen. She's our go-to person for insurance queries! She breeds cats and was a long standing client before joining the practice in 2010. Having been with the practice since 2006, Sue previously worked mainly at the Tidenham branch (since closed).
