We ensure that our business account customers are well looked after and enjoy a priority service at all times. Redline have a fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles on the road at all times so you'll always be catered for. Established for 30 years Redline Cabs in Motherwell is one of Lanarkshire's biggest taxi firms.
Our fleet of vehicles range from saloon cars, estate cars, 5 and 6 seater vehicles, Euro and Hackney wheelchair assessable vehicles. All taxis must be less than 5 years old and are always well maintained. The general taxis are all white in colour and can pick up at ranks and off the street, these cars all have taxi signs on the roof.
At Redline Cabs we are focused on meeting the needs of our customers. Our elderly customers have peace of mind that our drivers will assist them in and out of the vehicle and also help with any luggage or bags they may have. We have a free ring back and text back service to inform our customer when the taxi is approaching their pickup point, this will save the customer waiting outside.

I had to pay over £ 11 to go to Strathclyde country park. I asked the taxi driver why that long journey and he replied that the roads were closed. I paid politely and e-mailed this to the company, which defended their taxi driver in every possible way. While this email exchange continued with me, my girlfriend booked a taxi for one of her friends who was feeling sick. Reservation made on the account of my girlfriend who accompanied her friend to our house to get something that made her feel better and so go back to her house. On my booking the APP estimated £36, at the end of the journey the charge was around £60.
There is something very wrong here.
In addition to your reply, I have a screenshot of your APP and also your driver was following the same route in your APP, the arrival was few minutes earlier than estimated meaning there was no traffic or delays as they both claimed ( operator and driver)
STILL THE COST SHOWS £36.00 and is marked as COMPLETED.
I can't stand when someone is calling me a liar, this is what you are trying to do.
Wake up and fix your APP is not been updated since 2019

Absolute disgrace of a taxi firm. My 17 year old daughter booked them 12 hours in advance and they cancelled her hire at the time they were meant to pick her up leaving a young girl stranded at 10pm on a Sunday evening. I'd rather walk, than use this firm again even if they were the only taxi company left in Scotland.

I would never recommend this taxi service to my worst enemy!
Booked a taxi from the civic centre, which is a 2 minute walk, 3 hours before we actually needed it to make sure it would be on time. It was a Saturday so I made sure I'd stated the time and I knew there might be delays. Half an hour later I had a girl answer the phone and repeatedly say that they "couldn't guarantee a time" even though I said that I'd booked it at 9:15pm, for 12:15am, but they said they could not have guaranteed the booking from when we originally booked it. Then why give us the booking in

My family have used this company since I was a child. My mum trusted them enough to permenantly hire them to come and pick me up from the School gates at half past 3 everyday and get me home safely, which says a lot for them.
They know us pretty well so we always get a cab quickly, and the drivers are all really nice, friendly and chatty. I get one to work in the mornings when I start at 7am, which is often daunting in the dark mornings of Winter, but the drivers always wait to make sure I am in the shop safely before driving off!
I have left shoes, bags, mobiles and make-up in the back of Redline
