We offer special deals to our customers who are travelling to and from three major airports in Scotland, and as an account customer, you would receive the same discount rates. However, as a valued account customer, you may have a journey which is made regular which requires special consideration, in which case, it may be possible to negotiate a discount price for the journey through contacting the office manager.
When registering IVR booking for mobile phone, there are 3 'Pick-up Point' options available as required (for optional 'Additional Information' field, you may wish to specify "at front of house" or "at reception desk" for example). If you wish to register your home address as one of your pick up points you must type in your landline telephone number and your home post code.

The first driver took myself and friend to ASDA Blantyre after I had already said to the call handler Hamilton and repeatedly told the driver as he drove through Blantyre ASDA he was going to the wrong destination.
The Driver completely ignored me and stopped the car and told us to get out. He was ignorant and left my friend and I alone out in the freezing cold. I phoned the office and explained the situation and the caller could not be any more helpful. He apologised and got another car as a priority situation.
