Absolutely appalling customer service. My friend stayed there before her flight on a Friday night and was treated rudely by the man at the door. The next morning she accidentally left a few items of clothing and on the Monday, after finally getting through, the receptionist said she would call back which she never did.
On that Monday my friend dropped back in as she was flying back to Glasgow, and the same man “greeted” her, asked why she was here so late and to “not come here late again”. He threw her jacket at her, and when she asked if they also had her jumper he said no and closed

Booked and confirmed accommodation 4 days before arrival, to be told on arrival that they had double booked us! A few minutes later, the door bell went and on the hotel steps was some people who had been sent from another hotel as they were homeless. After my husband phoned the manager/owner, we were given a room! The room was very tired looking. The bedside table was dirty with ring marks from drinking vessels. I got stuck in the ensuite, as I couldn't get the door open. Incidentally, the towel rail and toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall.
We didn't use the television, but it started

Rooms are below average, nothing much to say on that. But beware of this "hotel", the reception staff are alright, but clearly afraid of the manager, he is a horrible man. This hotel also acts as a homeless shelter, although unfortunately the manager abuses and mocks them. I had to witness this, to the point they belittled an older man as he cried for help. The owner mocked him and shouted at him. please avoid, this place is hell.
