Very clean and tidy, from the entrance
The room I stayed in was very well decorated, nice personal touches,
The parking was very helpful but the curb is not dropped so I struggled to get on would recommend driving on not reversing
On arrival we was met with signs with a number on to call, very fast to answer,
Any questions or issues I had was met with genuine polite and professional responses
The location is ideal for the castle and for the high street with supermarkets just a few miunets walk away ,
Aslo a great welcoming book with plenty of leaflets and information

Hotel really central and staff very nice. Only problem the bathroom in room 1 below standard. Very small, light pull in awkward place behind the door to the right, tiles missing and loose around shower. On checking out asked about this and was informed that the tiles were removed due to a leak and was drying out. It would have been nice to have been notified of this on arrival. Would not recommend this hotel.
