The Butterchurn Guest House is a home from Home. Mark, Jane & Pam could not be more accommodating and felt like part of the family by the time we left. Mark and Jane have supported us with wedding planning, postponing due to Covid and wedding planning some more. No question was too difficult and no ask was too big either in the run up to or during our stay. In terms of cleanliness - the guesthouse is spotless from top to bottom. The rooms are a great size and can accommodate a range of group sizes (we had single guests and families of 5).

Can't recommend staying here enough - not only is it super clean, modern, and better decorated than your own home, but Mark and Jane are incredible hosts who went out of their way to help us when we arrived late and missed our booking at a local restaurant. Excellent guest house run by two incredibly dedicated hosts, many thanks for our stay!

Great B&B for an overnight stay on our way to Scotland, the room was well furnished, comfortable and clean with great views over some stunning countryside.
The hosts were friendly and up for a chat in the garden they were also very knowledgeable about the local area (restaurants and history).
Breakfast was a traditional affair with good options.

Amazing b n b!!!! Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Our hosts were very friendly and nothing at all was a bother. We were staying there because of a wedding and the stay there just made it even better. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. With however much tea and coffee you wanted!! We sat after our breakfast with a coffee in the beautiful gardens before the wedding. I would highly recommend this b n b and we would love to stay again!!

The Butterchurn Guesthouse was the best we have ever stayed at. The ladies who own and run it are exceptional, they really went above and beyond to make sure myself and my Grandma were comfortable and wanted for nothing especially after a 5 hour drive to arrive, they were phenomenal with my Grandma. We stayed in a ground floor room which was perfect for Grandmas limited mobility and we had a large walk in shower which was greatly appreciated and with a view of the church which was picturesque. Nothing was too much trouble and they even went out their way to find out the parking situation at the
