I stayed with my partner and son and stayed for 1 night, hospitality by the host was outstanding, couldn't do enough for us and the cooked breakfast was amazing!
The location is a couple of minutes in the car to the sea front and local attractions so for us it is in the perfect location.
Would highly recommend!

You will find Duncan the proprietor very friendly funny and obliging person, i’ve travelled all around the UK for many years in construction and stopped in thousands of B&Bs Duncans house is a fabulous place spotlessly clean and I think it’s just been refurbished so the old pictures of smaller TVs is not true anymore in all rooms there is 40 inch flat screen fridge freezer microwave kitchen sink for washing pots and the vanity sink as well very large rooms warm and comfortable, you wouldn’t find a nicer person and is willing to get up very early in the morning to do your breakfast that is

The location is all right, metro is only a few minutes away. The rooms do not seem clean, the windows are old and badly isolated, one can always hear the cars outside and there are only four bathrooms for the entire house! We are a group of 32 people and the lack of bathrooms is really annoying. Would not recommend!
