Very good but not the Charleston Long wait for pre-dinner cocktails. Wait staff friendly and professional but not the sophistication one would expect at a Forman- Wolfe establishment. Had to request bread first time and each time for more. It was a bit dry and not warm. Minimal explanation of menu. Onion soup was superb. Food was very good and well prepared. Overall fine evening but not the wow factor we have experienced so many times at the Charleston.

Perfect evening! Lovely to return to the Milton Inn, now a classic French hunting club style restaurant.
I wish we had taken photos of the rest of our wonderful meal, but we were "in the moment", which is rarely experienced these days. We had the venison (never had better anywhere!) and perfectly seasoned and cooked steak frites. Wine recommendations were fabulous and interesting cocktails before dinner.
Pictured are the Roquefort cheese course and tarte de pommes.
Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and warm.
Sublime!

The Milton in is meticulously crafted to be both French and pay homage to its hunting lodge roots. The maître d' is so charming that you wonder if they plucked him straight from France and every item that comes out is fantastic (my only minor feelings of meh were towards to complimentary bread and side of green beans which were cooked well but without much flavor). It is clear that lots of the staff is new and young but they do a great job and sometimes a better job than really experienced and older staff as they try to prove themselves. It was cool to hear about the hunting lodge roots of the

The Wolf Foreman team has brought an amazing dining experience to Sparks MD! Fine dining but with a casual atmosphere. Everything was amazing, service table side, Amanda and at the bar, Andrew, is top notch. Food was absolutely stunning! Picture here is the steak tartare and Rockfish. 5 Stars all the way!

As per usual Foreman Wolf style, the food and service were top notch. The addition of new partner Chef Chris Scanga was a no-brainer.
Starting with the cocktails, they were delicious and well executed. The Pâté en Croûte was tasty. The Fleurs de Courgettes (squash blossoms) were light and crispy and a dip in the basil aioli was divine. For the entrees, the squab was moist and flavorful and was served with pommes dauphinoise - thinly sliced potato perfection. The Salade Maison with a 4 oz filet mignon was the best steak salad I’ve ever had.
Our only qualms were minor. The Lost Wisdom cocktail
