Our UK parcel prices vary depending on your parcel weight, delivery method and the level of cover you choose. Below are our main options, including Standard and Next Day delivery prices.* Some locations cost us more to deliver to; we may add a location charge of 2.40 when sending parcels to certain postcodes (unless sending to the same postcode area the parcel is sent from (unless sending to the same postcode area the parcel is sent from (e.g.

Your local Hermes ParcelShop is a convenient alternative to a Post Office. You can book online, with the Hermes app or - if the shop has a Print In-Store device - just turn up with your parcel. Awful service and terrible company with even worse couriers who "fail to deliver due to restricted access". What restricted access you might ask... a DOOR with a BUZZER. (And why do they need my phone number if they cannot call to see if I'm around -- which I have been, the entire day, waiting for the mighty hermes guy to grace me with his presence.)
Only giving it a star to be able to leave a review, because frankly, this service doesn't even deserve one star.

Maybe I am missing something here. I pay My Hermes to deliver a package. My Hermes gets the businness and I pay the bill. Contract fulfilled.
But no this is not enough for My Hermes. I receive a request for feedback prior to item arriving. Dump it in the delete box.
A couple of days later My Hermes send a shrill letter of complaint and a survey because I have not given feedback.
The survey is quite long and I have better things to do with my time. We are not all unpaid review junkies working for My Hermes.
Dear Louise Sinclair,
We know your inbox is probably a busy place, so we just wanted to
